Valpolicella Amarone DOCG Riserva (nuova collezione)

That when the right climatic conditions allow maturation optimal grapes with high levels of natural acidity and thus ensuring above-average aging potential. The procedure production is obviously the same as Amarone DOCG, except for one greater aging in wood which in this case is 4 years. The above strengthens and increases the typical organoleptic qualities Amarone. This wine is produced in very limited quantities and it was made only in the years 2011 and 2015.
