Obtained from vines of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina organically grown. Ruby red wine with reflections Violet; presents a bouquet of red fruits such as soft cherries and fruit jam. Perfect with first courses, soups and main courses meat and cheeses.
Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina vines organically grown. Purple red wine aged in barrels of oak, soft and structured with notes of cherry and black currant. Velvety on the palate, harmonious, intense. It goes well with first courses tasty, roasted, red meats.
Obtained from the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella Croatina vines organically grown. Aging in oak barrels. Color intense ruby red; presents a beautiful bouquet with aromas of undergrowth and jam; dry, harmonious flavor with a good softness. Excellent with savory first courses, red meats, roasts and game.
Only from the best grapes of our vineyard is selected the Amarone Gran Lombardo. Intense and deep ruby color; exceptional scent of elegance, scent of ripe fruit and delicate spices. Enveloping tannin, soft and ripe. It goes perfectly with rich, refined dishes, red meats, roasts and braised. Great great as wine to sip.
Da una selezione molto accurata delle uve, produciamo l’amarone riserva, unicamente nelle annate di qualità eccezionale. Cioè quando le giuste condizioni climatiche permettono una maturazione ottimale delle uve con alti livelli di acidità naturale e garantendo così un potenziale di invecchiamento superiore alla media. La procedura produttiva è ovviamente la stessa dell’Amarone DOCG, salvo un maggior invecchiamento in legno che in questo caso è di 4 anni. Quanto sopra rafforza ed accresce le tipiche qualità organolettica dell’Amarone. Questo vino è prodotto in quantità molto limitata ed è stato fatto solo nelle annate 2011 e 2015.
From a very careful selection of the grapes, we produce amarone reserve, only in vintages of exceptional quality. That when the right climatic conditions allow maturation optimal grapes with high levels of natural acidity and thus ensuring above-average aging potential. The procedure production is obviously the same as Amarone DOCG, except for one greater aging in wood which in this case is 4 years. The above strengthens and increases the typical organoleptic qualities Amarone. This wine is produced in very limited quantities and it was made only in the years 2011 and 2015.
It is the typical sweet sparkling wine of the Euganean hills. The yellow muscat grape varieties are grown in hillside vineyards. It is vinified with the cold maceration method, the must is immediately cleared to be transferred into stainless steel tanks for fermentation: short Charmat method. In pairing to fruit tarts and pastry.

Following careful investigations and tests, from our vines and from native and international Italian vines, we obtain this IGT. After a short period of drying and aging in oak barrels, it is aged in the bottle for at least three months. Its pleasant softness makes it perfect with red meats, cheeses, roastsred meats, cheeses, roasts.

Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina vines. Soft and structured red wine with notes of cherry and black currant. Velvety on the palate, harmonious, intense. It goes well with first courses tasty dishes, roasts, red meats.
From Glera grape variety of same vintage. Fine perlage with delicate and pleasant scent. Fruity with floral nuances and notes of apple and pear. The taste is dry, with nice complexity. Excellent as an aperitif, befits the light Mediterranean cuisine.
Example of Soave territory, in which the typical scents of the Garganega grape white flowers, white fruits and citrus, are combined with the minerality of the area and its infinite nuances. It shows a beautiful yellow colour with some greenish note while its intensity and fragrance remind to the olfactory scents described above. On the palate it is full and complex, elegant and fresh, as well as aromatic, with a respectable final result. Very good alone and at a very fresh temperature of service, during warm and sunny summer afternoons.
